AN INNOVATIVE ONE-STOP SHOP
From the roughest new idea to a tried-and-true design, we will work with the customer to meet their every need. We take the customer’s idea and machine the mold in our state-of-the-art tool and die facility. Once the mold is completed, our Quality Team takes over to ensure the parts meet the customer’s every specification. Our proprietary process along with our ever-increasing automation allow us to finish the part with less waste than our competitors.

OUR HISTORY
1993 Global Polymer starts in a small garage in Arlington, South Dakota, with eight molding presses.
1994 Global Polymer moves across town to a 5,000-square-foot facility and increases its molding presses to 26.
1997 Global Polymer adds 15,000-square-foot of capacity and an internal Tooling Department.
2014 Global Polymer moves to our new 75,000-square-foot facility in nearby Madison, South Dakota.
2024 Global Polymer completes our 32,500-square-foot addition. Our facility has 160 molding presses and the floor space to add 80 more presses.
